Oval Sapphire Ring with Split Shank

This oval shaped blue sapphire ring was a special and unique piece! The process started with our customer giving us an initial brief of what they were looking for after which we showed them a few options of the sapphire in store.

Starting with a high quality royal blue sapphire of 2.66cts, we added a complementary diamond halo to accentuate the colour of the sapphire. We wanted to keep the gold minimal so we decided on making a split shank pave diamond band. We worked together to design the ring and a couple of weeks later it was ready for him!
