We can securely ship products to you, charges are stated at checkout. However, you are responsible to pay any customs, import and value added taxes in your country.

Products are usually shipped within 3 weeks of order confirmation if they are not in stock and take around 2-5 days in transit. We can accommodate shorter timelines so please contact us on inquiries@niya-k.com for special requests.

All products are securely packed in our signature boxes or pouches.

For ready to wear product, we offer a 7 day exchange period from the time you receive your product. You can exchange the product for something else or keep it as credit with us for a future purchase. Please contact us before returning the piece and wait for our confirmation before doing so.

If you find some defect or are disappointed with the purchase, get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will handle it on a case-by-case basis.

The product details such as weights, measurements and qualities mentioned on this site can vary slightly in the manufacturing process.

Niya K does not take any responsibility for any exchange loss or other charges incurred by the customer during payment.

Niya K reserves the right to refuse any order placed on its website or change the conditions of sale. Customers will be notified within 24 hours if, for any reason, the order needs to be modified or cancelled.
