For ready to wear product, we offer a 7 day exchange period from the time you receive your product. You can exchange the product for something else or keep it as credit with us for a future purchase.

Please contact us before returning the piece and wait for our confirmation before doing so.

If you find some defect or are disappointed with the purchase, get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will handle it on a case-by-case basis.

Niya K does not take any responsibility for any exchange loss or other charges incurred by the customer during payment.

Niya K reserves the right to refuse any order placed on its website or change the conditions of sale. Customers will be notified within 24 hours if, for any reason, the order needs to be modified or cancelled.
